Jostens Purchases Printing Company
MINNEAPOLIS — Jostens Inc. said it has acquired Sales Communication Resources Inc., a commercial printing company.
Jostens said the acquisition represents an expansion of its commercial printing business into the Twin Cities area.
SCR, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, will become part of Jostens’ printing and publishing division, which produces and sells yearbooks for the school market and has a growing commercial printing business.
The division employs about 3,500 people and has five other plants in Topeka, Kan.; Visalia, Calif.; Clarksville, Tenn.; Winston-Salem, N.C., and State College, Pa.
