Rose Simply Betting He’ll Be Reinstated; Public Deserves More

I thought Pete Rose wanted to tell the public his side of the story.

We all heard of the leaks and rumors concerning his alleged gambling activities. Rose said little except that he would tell his side at the proper time.

Now, with this “compromise,” Pete is simply making another “bet” that he will be reinstated.

The public deserved more.
