Life Without KFAC: When Rock Rolls Over Bach
Los Angeles needs more entrepreneurs like Louise Heifetz (who with a partner sold KFAC to Evergreen). Perhaps we could sell her the L.A. County Museum of Art. She could convert it into a roller-disco. Of course she’d have to fire everyone first and replace the tired, old pictures.
Or maybe she could sell off the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion; you know, that place downtown where they play weird music that no one likes anyway. I’m sure some out-of-town sports franchise would just love to move in.
