Investor Ups Stake in Traditional Stock to 9.9%
A Menlo Park investor raised his stake in Traditional Industries, an Agoura Hills-based marketer of photographic services, to 9.9% of stock from 2.6%.
In a filing with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, William Walsh said he bought an additional 118,333 shares between July 19 and Aug. 23, giving him a total of 387,164 shares of Traditional’s common stock.
In his latest purchases, Walsh paid between $5.12 and $8.97 a share, the filing said.
