An Immigration and Naturalization Service bus transporting illegal aliens to Mexico skidded off a rain-dampened highway near the border early Sunday, slightly injuring six Mexicans and two U.S. agents, authorities said. The bus, with 63 people on board, was en route from San Clemente to the San Ysidro border crossing on Interstate 805 when the driver lost control at about 6 a.m., Border Patrol Supervisory Agent Michael Gregg said.
