Comings and Goings Down Under: In the remote Australian town of Alice Springs, cameras started to roll Monday on “Quigley Down Under,” a drama starring film and TV star Tom Selleck, Laura San Giacomo of “sex, lies, and videotape” and Alan Rickman, the villain of “Die Hard.” Simon Wincer, who won an Emmy Sunday night as director of the CBS miniseries “Lonesome Dove,” is directing. . .
