Zenith Insurance Weighs Repurchase of Stock
Zenith National Insurance in Woodland Hills said it might buy up to 1 million additional shares of its common stock, depending on market conditions.
Last month, Zenith bought back 1 million shares for $18.2 million, or an average of $18.20 a share, leaving the company with 20.5 million common shares outstanding.
Zenith specializes in providing worker’s compensation insurance.
