Albert N. Goldberg was promoted to senior vice president in the Los Angeles office of Hill & Knowlton USA, a public relations firm. Goldberg, who joined Hill & Knowlton in May, 1981, has been acting director of the Los Angeles-based Japanese business division, which serves the communications needs of Japanese corporations doing business in the United States.
