Peru Rebels Kill 2 Mayors

LIMA, Peru — Leftist guerrillas belonging to Sendero Luminoso (Shining Path) have killed two mayors in the Andean region of Peru, one after an apparent mock trial in the town square, an army statement said Wednesday.
