Mark Your Calendars: Feb. 21 is the date set for the 1990 Grammy Awards, which will be presented by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences during a live prime-time telecast on CBS. The Grammys, honoring achievements in recorded music, will be held at the Shrine Auditorium for the second straight year after moving to New York’s Radio City Music Hall for one go-round in 1988. Grammy nominations are scheduled to be announced Jan. 11.
