Commercial Scene : Occupancy Rises to 96% at Santa Monica Complex
More than 32,250 square feet of office space has been leased at an estimated value of $2.5 million at Santa Monica Business Park, bringing occupancy of the 1.1 million-square-foot project to about 96%.
Among the new tenants are Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services; Murray Hill Center West, a product marketing and research firm; Jaycor, a high-tech firm, and American Educational Computer Inc., a software design firm. In addition, the U.S. Postal Service Facilities Division renewed its lease.
Transpacific Development Co. is owner/developer of the 48-acre mixed-use project, on Ocean Park Boulevard near the San Diego and Santa Monica freeways.
