Chili Davis Named Angel of the Week
Left fielder Chili Davis, who had 12 hits in 29 at-bats last week with a home run and six RBIs, is The Times’ Orange County Edition Angel of the Week.
Davis, who drove in the 600th run of his career Sunday, has 89 RBIs, four shy of tying his career best.
The Times will donate $200 in Davis’ name to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Orange County.
