A manhunt is under way in rural Mendocino County outside Santa Rosa for an electrician who wounded his estranged wife and her attorney with a rifle after a bitter child-support hearing. Police said they searched seven hours before locating a station wagon belonging to Scott Evans Pommier, 39, who had been ordered to pay $700 a month in alimony and child support. Pommier is suspected of firing several shots from his car and critically wounding Lee Ann Pommier, 37, of Petaluma, who had a bullet fragment lodged in her brain. Her lawyer, Chris Andrian, 45, of Sebastopol was listed in stable condition after being struck in the arm. The couple had been married nearly 10 years when they split up in 1984.
