Commercial Scene : Pacific Western Project Leasing in Laguna Hills
Work has begun on the $3.1-million Pacific Western Professional Center, a 14,779-square-foot professional and medical building at 5 Mareblu in Laguna Hills.
The project, which is already 60% leased, is directly across from the Community Psychiatric Centers Hospital. Most of the medical professionals who will work in the building will also own part of it through a limited partnership agreement, according to Pacific Western Development, the Laguna Hills-based firm that is developing the complex and is the managing general partner.
The two-story, gray brick building is expected to open by next June. Exclusive leasing agent is R.B. Allen Group.
