There are no runaway hits among the 24 series that the TV networks have introduced this season. According to ratings released Tuesday by the A.C. Nielsen Co., only one, ABC’s “Chicken Soup,” finished among last week’s 20 most-watched programs--and even its 11th-place finish was tarnished by the fact that it was tuned out by about 25% of the viewers who watched its lead-in, “Roseanne.” The full list of ratings is on Page 12.

* If you want to talk about drops, however, the rookie that took the biggest plunge of the week was ABC’s “Living Dolls.” When it premiered Sept. 26 behind “Who’s the Boss?,” it attracted viewers in about 18.8 million homes. When it moved to its regular time slot four days later, the audience fell to 7.6 million homes--a 60% decline.
