Jaclyn Smith, Joe Harnell to Be Honored at Gala
Composer Joe Harnell and actress Jaclyn Smith will be honored by Women in Show Business at its 29th anniversary gala at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 4 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire. Harnell, a Grammy winner for “Fly Me to the Moon,” and composer of numerous film and television scores, has been named “Angel of the Year” for his continued support of the Women in Show Business.
Smith will receive the Bella Rackoff Humanitarian Award for her work as honorary chairwoman of the Crippled Children’s Society.
