Outspoken designer Mr. Blackwell, accompanied by five models and six musicians, staged a show Wednesday night for 350 inmates at Sybil Brand Institute, the county’s maximum-security jail for women. The evening included singing, dancing, a showing of costumes from Blackwell’s collection and cosmetic makeovers for a few inmates.
