The ad firm Foote Cone & Belding leased 46,000 square feet for 10 years at 4 Hutton Centre in Santa Ana for $10.6 million.
The building, 10 stories and 203,000 square feet, was recently completed. It is part of Hutton Centre, an office and hotel complex at the junction of the Newport and San Diego freeways.
The New York ad agency will move in February from West MacArthur Boulevard in Santa Ana. It will take the 10th, ninth and part of the eighth floor.
