KIM PHUC
There is a splendid use for the famous photo of the Vietnamese girl, Kim Phuc, fleeing naked, having had her clothes burned off by napalm bombs (“The Girl in the Photograph,” byJudith Coburn, Aug. 20): Embed a replica on a wall of the offices of every senator and congressman. It might remind future legislators to think a long time before backing a President who wants to send troops abroad.
