Spain Seizes Drug Suspects

BARCELONA, Spain — Police said Saturday that they had arrested three Dutchmen and three Spaniards on suspicion of forming a cocaine-trafficking ring. Police detained the six in Barcelona last week in a raid during which they also seized 15 pounds of cocaine.
