Catherine R. Reuter has joined Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in Century City as an associate attorney involved in directing land use planning and developments. Reuter was recently elected to the board of directors of the Los Angeles Central City Assn.

Mark A. Piscitelli has been named senior vice president and district manager of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Inland Empire offices. Working out of the Ontario office, Piscitelli will oversee the management of 45 sales and leasing brokers specializing in office, industrial and retail properties in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. has made two announcements: Karun Khanna has been named vice president, director of lender services, and Jon Hubbell has become assistant general counsel. Khanna will be in charge of business and product development of CLOS (Computerized Loan Origination System). Both Khanna and Hubbell will be based at the firm’s national headquarters in Costa Mesa.
ACCOLADES: Robert A. Crane, founder and president of Crane/Sachar Realty Management Co. has been appointed to the board of governors of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors for a three-year term. The international organization serves public and private owners, investors and developers as a source of knowledge. It also establishes professional standards.

Richard N. Jaffee has joined Martin Advertising & Public Relations in Tustin as vice president. He will form a separate division with an emphasis on commercial real estate and financial services.
Information Services
San Diego-headquartered Dataquick Information Systems has appointed James W. Eubanks vice president of financial services. Eubanks will operate from the Orange County office, but will be responsible for corporate-wide activities among the financial services industries of California and Arizona. The company provides a computerized real estate information service.
Mortgage Firms
Based in Costa Mesa, Bayport Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Warmington companies, has named Laura C. Guilline director of mortgage finance. Guilline comes to the firm from Far West Savings & Loan Assn., where she was vice president, regional manager for wholesale lending.
Architects
The Nadel Partnership Inc. in Los Angeles has a new partner: Robert Jacques. He has been responsible for the design of office, mixed-use, industrial, retail and residential projects, including the master planning of a 50-acre office park.
George Williamson has been promoted to vice president of planning at the Lightfoot Planning Group. He will also manage its new office in Rancho California, which will provide planning, design and landscape architecture services in Riverside County.
Ragnar C. Quale & Associates has appointed Paul Anders Quale director. He has been the project architect for the recently completed Los Angeles Temporary Central Library. The firm’s office is located in downtown Los Angeles.
Two staff changes have been made at Los Angeles-based Albert C. Martin & Associates: Ron Fink has been named principal designer and will direct one of four design studios; and Jon Ziegler has been made director of civil engineering, responsible for the overall management of the firm’s engineering projects.
The Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles has appointed Steven Valenzuela project manager of the Bunker Hill redevelopment project, the agency’s centerpiece of its revitalization efforts in the downtown area.
Altoon & Porter Architects has named three new associates: Randolph C. Larsen, Hendra Kusuma and James H. Hansen. Larsen’s responsibilities will include handling construction documents and administration phases of major projects. Kusuma will oversee CADD Systems research, development and management for the architectural services of the entire practice, and Hansen will be responsible for master planning, architectural design and development and specific project management.
