Tarnished baseball legend Pete Rose’s first extensive television talk-show interview since being banned from the sport will take place while Phil Donahue tapes a week of programs at NBC in Burbank early next month. The Rose interview is set for Nov. 8, and KNBC-TV Channel 4 will carry it live. Other Donahue guests will include former First Lady Nancy Reagan, comedians BobNewhart and Don Rickles and talk-show host Arsenio Hall. . . . Meanwhile, Joan Rivers will be in Los Angeles to tape five shows starting Tuesday. Her new syndicated program, carried on KCBS-TV Channel 2, is based in New York.
