Wynn’s International Inc.: The Fullerton-based automotive supply company reported third-quarter net income of $1.22 million, 3% higher than the $1.18 million posted for the like quarter of 1988. Sales dipped 3%, to $72.8 million from $75 million. The company said the decline in revenue was caused by lower sales in its automotive air-conditioning subsidiary. Net income for the nine-month period totaled $6.1 million, contrasted with the $2.2 million recorded a year ago. As previously reported, the first quarter of 1989 included an after-tax gain of $1.4 million from the sale of nearly all the company’s interest in a joint venture. Sales decreased 4% for the first three quarters of 1989, to $216.4 million from $225.8 million.
