DREAM HOUSE: “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” is coming to Tustin. . . . The TV crew arrives next week to film at the $22-million mansion (10 bedrooms, 18 baths, two pools, helipad) being sold by Clothestime Chairman Michael P. DeAngelo. . . . Its price would be the highest paid for a California house, says Beverly Hills broker Bruce Nelson, but it has been on the market for nearly a year. . . . Most likely buyers: wealthy Japanese. “The only problem,” Nelson says, “is that it’s not up here in L.A.”
