DARKNESS: The return to standard time scrambled traffic and threw millions of people--even night workers--off their rhythm (B1). . . . At Cannon’s, a restaurant overlooking Dana Point Harbor, assistant manager Greg Holden said Sunday night “seemed to take forever” for waiters who arrived to work at sundown, rushed through an early dinner hour and then watched their clocks tick slowly to closing time. . . . “The biggest effect is not on business,” Holden said. “It’s on the staff. It gets harder to come to work in the dark.”
