Arens to Visit Tokyo

TOKYO — Israeli Foreign Minister Moshe Arens will visit Tokyo next week to discuss Mideast peace proposals and bilateral ties, the Foreign Ministry said Thursday. Arens will arrive Nov. 6 and meet with Prime Minister Toshiki Kaifu and Foreign Minister Taro Nakayama on Nov. 9 before returning home Nov. 11.
