Man Guilty in Kidnapings, Attacks on 3 Prostitutes
A Lancaster jury found an Antelope Valley man guilty Thursday of sex charges, kidnaping and false imprisonment in the abductions last year of three prostitutes he picked up in South-Central Los Angeles.
Raymond Singer, 43, of Lake Los Angeles, faces about 13 years in prison for his conviction on six counts in attacks that took place after he picked up the prostitutes and drove them to the Agua Dulce area in the mountains, where he assaulted them, said Deputy Dist. Atty. Cynthia Ulfig.
Singer, who was arrested last October, will be sentenced Dec. 7.
