Man Turns Himself In as a Molester
A San Diego man turned himself in to El Cajon police at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, saying he had molested two boys, officials said.
Police said that Jerry Blaine Frazier, 21, told them he was a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America and was taking two boys home Monday evening when one of the alleged molestations occurred.
Frazier, a distribution manager for the Wall Street Journal, dropped one boy off at the youngster’s home and took the other to his own home, officials said.
Frazier told the boy he would take him home after feeding his dog but then apparently molested the youngster, officials said.
Frazier was being held by the El Cajon police.
