Thousand Oaks Skater 7th in World Juniors
Tisha Walker of Thousand Oaks finished seventh in the long program on the final night of competition in the World Junior Figure Skating Championships to place seventh overall Saturday in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Yuka Sato of Japan hung on to win the title despite falling three times in Saturday’s long program, worth 50% of the overall score.
Surya Bonaly of France, the long-program winner, placed second overall and Tanja Krienke of East Germany was third.
