Council Meets Board of Lanterman House
The 15-member board of trustees of the Lanterman House Foundation was introduced to the La Canada Flintridge City Council on Monday night.
Among those named are Eugene Burrows, Lanterman House caretaker; June Daugherty, Lanterman House historian; Jack Hastings, developer and former city councilman; Sue Lazara, historic preservation consultant; Mayfield Marshall, co-owner of the Flint Canyon Tennis Club, and Sue Schechter, Lanterman House Advisory Committee chairwoman.
Schechter selected the trustees from a group of residents who had talked about projects for the Lanterman property “with interest and concern,” she said.
Also named to the board were Marge Dryer, Nancy Francis, Bob Grossman, Don Hill, Arlene Kushida, Carol Liu, Kennon Maedema, Darold Pieper and Lou Vail.
