AMI to Sell Some Hospitals: American Medical International said its board has adopted a plan that calls for the sale of four California hospitals and five other health-care facilities. The Beverly Hills-based firm said it is looking for buyers for the Community Hospital of Santa Cruz, Circle City Hospital in Corona, Arroyo Grande’s Community Hospital and Del Amo Hospital, a psychiatric facility in Torrance.
