Hearing Set in USAir Jetliner Crash in N.Y.

WASHINGTON — The National Transportation Safety Board said Friday that it will conduct a hearing focusing on Boeing 737 rudder trim design and cockpit performance in the crash of a USAir jetliner at New York’s La Guardia Airport.
The four-day hearing is to begin Feb. 13 at the Penta Hotel in New York.
