Monterey Park Bank Sold: A Taiwan investor group has agreed to pay nearly $21 million for Omni Bank. Omni has $152 million in assets and two offices, in Monterey Park and Chinatown. Omni’s stockholders will receive $17.32 a share and a dividend equal to net profits from Jan. 1 to the time when the tender offer for the bank’s stock is completed. The purchase is subject to approval by regulators.
