GOODBY TO THE ‘80S : HELLO TO THE ‘90S

On Sunday night, one and all will bid farewell to the ‘80s while ringing in the ‘90s.

Dick Clark will play his customary role at Times Square in New York, counting down the minutes to a brand new decade on ABC’s “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve ‘90” at 11:30 p.m. on Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42.

Then on Monday morning, the three major networks and three of the local stations will be in Pasadena to cover the 101st Tournament of Roses Parade.

Alex Trebek and Bill Welsh co-host live coverage on KTTV Channel 11 starting at 8 a.m. They are joined on the cover by Rose Queen Yasmine Delawari.
