With three of this week’s new programs set in London, Kenya and New York, viewers are treated to a world of choices on both network and local TV.

Michael Caine (upper left) stars in “Jekyll & Hyde,” a new TV movie remake of the Robert Louis Stevenson tale about a tormented English doctor confronted with his evil alter ego. Cheryl Ladd co-stars in the two-hour film airing Sunday at 9 p.m. on Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42.

On Wednesday at 9 p.m. (Channels 2 and 8), CBS offers “Face to Face,” a “Hallmark Hall of Fame” production starring Elizabeth Montgomery and Robert Foxworth as a paleontologist and miner, respectively, who clash when both claim digging rights to the same territory in Africa.
