Rockwell Nude Sold: “The Manapessa” (a.k.a. “Portrait of Miss Jackie Wells”), the only nude painting by the late Norman Rockwell, was sold at auction in Detroit for $50,000. Tom Sullivan of suburban West Bloomfield Township, Mich., said he bought the painting as an investment.
