Havel Tribute: Public television station WNET in New York was scheduled to tape an all-star tribute to Czechoslovakian President Vaclav Havel on Thursday night, to be aired on PBS stations Thursday at 8 p.m. The show will feature musical performances by Paul Simon, Placido Domingo, Roberta Flack, Dizzie Gillespie and James Taylor. Paul Newman, Elie Wiesel, Henry Kissinger, Milos Forman, Kathleen Turner, Gregory Peck and Ellen Burstyn will speak or perform dramatic readings. . . . Earlier Thursday, Havel was invited by New York Mayor David Dinkins to have breakfast with some of his playwright peers: Arthur Miller, Edward Albee, Wendy Wasserstein, and producer Joseph Papp.
