Frank DeSafey has been named corporate vice president of sales and marketing for Panel Concepts and PCI/Tandem, a Santa Ana manufacturer of office furniture. Before joining the company, he was vice president of marketing, sales and business development for Tab Products Co. in Palo Alto. In addition, Andrew K. Ozols has been appointed senior vice president of operations for the PCI/Tandem division, with principal responsibility for the manufacturing facility in Buena Park. Before joining the company, Ozols held executive management positions with Corry Hiebert in Dallas and Geiger International in Atlanta.
