Chula Vista Project
Belmonte, a gate-guarded custom-home development by McMillin Communities/Home Capital, opens this weekend in Chula Vista with three houses and 30 building lots.
The four- and five-bedroom houses--of a total of 33--have 3,554 to 4,212 square feet and are priced from $684,900 to $783,900. Designed by the architectural firm of Bowlus, Edinger & Starck and Robert Baitch of McMillin Homes, they have 3 1/2-4 1/2 baths and are offered in a single-story Spanish Mediterranean plan and two-story French Country and Hampton center-entrance colonial-style plans. September move-ins are planned.
The building lots average 21,400 square feet and are priced from $175,000 to $345,000. Belmonte is the fourth neighborhood in Rancho del Rey, a 1,600-acre community east of Interstate 805 and west of Otay Lakes Road, in eastern Chula Vista. When built out, it will have about 4,000 dwelling units and an 84-acre business center.
The sales center is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily at 1120 Mansiones Lane, reached from the eastbound H Street exit of Interstate 805.
