Concerning “If Puritans Ruled . . . Atwood’s Story on the Screen,” March 4:
I would like to express my profound outrage that the new film “The Handmaid’s Tale,” based on Margaret Atwood’s book about the horror of oppression of women, has been produced, directed, adapted for the screen, art-directed, shot and edited by men.
