CAMARILLO : 15-Unit Industrial Project Approved
City officials have unanimously approved construction of a two-building, multi-tenant industrial project at Pleasant Valley Road and Constitution Avenue in Camarillo.
The permit was sought by Conejo Valley Pramins of Camarillo, which said the 26,525-square-foot condominium’s 15 units would probably be sold to small businesses including light manufacturing firms or auto detailing shops.
Before any further action on the development takes place, Camarillo Planning Commission officials said the City Council must approve the subdivision of the eight-acre property. The council meets March 28.
In other matters, the Planning Commission Tuesday approved a request to expand the administrative offices and maintenance yard of Leisure Village Assn., which manages about 2,100 residential units in eastern Camarillo.
