Security Guards Suspects in Killing Near Teen Club
Two security guards allegedly shot a Los Angeles man to death outside an Inglewood nightclub for teen-agers Saturday night after he made a derogatory remark about the young women inside, police and officials at the club said.
Police said witnesses reported that the two suspects followed Kevin H. Davis, 19, and a friend to their car after Davis made the remark outside RBD Joshua’s on West Manchester Boulevard.
One suspect knocked out the passenger-side window with a handgun and then fired at Davis, said Capt. James E. Seymour. The other man fired at him through the car’s windshield, he said. Davis died at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital.
