‘WKRP’ Back on the Air: “WKRP in Cincinnati” will return to the tube this fall in a new syndicated version featuring three members of the original cast. Frank Bonner, Gordon Jump and Richard Sanders will reprise their roles in 90 episodes being produced by MTM Television. Doubts had arisen in recent months about whether any members of the original cast would return to the new show, which revolves around a Cincinnati radio station. The program first aired on CBS from 1978 to 1982, and starred Loni Anderson, Howard Hesseman and Tim Reid.
