Football Star Runs Away From Film: All-pro San Francisco 49er running back Roger Craig has pulled out of Roger Corman’s “Dune Warriors,” which begins filming next week. Although Craig had been assured of “above-the-title” billing with David Carradine, he felt that the role would disrupt his training program for the upcoming football season. Craig’s publicist said his primary goal is to help the 49ers win a third Super Bowl. However, Craig is not giving up his acting aspirations. He begins filming a Power Burst beverage commercial today with 49er quarterback Joe Montana.
