The British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League liked what they saw in a workout by Major Harris and said they will pursue the former West Virginia quarterback.
Harris had a 45-minute workout with the Lions, who must wait until after the NFL draft next Sunday to see whether they have a realistic shot at signing him.
Harris, 22, earlier announced that he will forgo his senior year at West Virginia.
