COUNTYWIDE : Man Robs Bank, Escapes on Foot
The Security Pacific Bank in Oxnard was robbed Friday, police said.
A man in his mid-20s entered the bank at 455 South A St. and handed the teller a note demanding money, said Lt. Gordon Hubbard of the Oxnard Police Department.
