Sun Distributors Buys Texas Hydraulics Firm

PHILADELPHIA — Sun Distributors announced that it has acquired Industrial Air & Hydraulics Inc., a leading Texas distributor of hydraulic systems and equipment.
Industrial Air, headquartered in Dallas, has annual sales of $14 million.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
