LAGUNA BEACH : Social Service Panel Sponsoring Forum
Representatives from more than 50 human services agencies will gather in Laguna Beach on Thursday morning to educate the community about the many services available to residents.
On hand for the Laguna Beach Human Needs Council’s Spring Forum will be members of the clergy, Police Department, school system and Laguna Beach Community Clinic.
The Human Needs Council is an advocacy group formed about six years ago to fill a gap left when the Orange County Department of Mental Health was restructured, council member Joy Taufer said.
The forum will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Neighborhood Congregational Church, 340 St. Ann’s Drive.
