Bishop Amat Student to Take Part in Seminar
Donna Varner, a sophomore at Bishop Amat Memorial High School in La Puente, will represent her school at the annual Hugh O’Brien Youth Foundation Leadership Seminar June 1-3 at Pepperdine University.
The seminar, attended by 200 sophomores from Southern California, will deal with essay writing, entrepreneurship and student debates.
