Proposals on Balancing Federal Deficit
According to a story in The Times, President Bush, while speaking to a group at a Republican political rally in Billings, Mont., blamed control of the U.S. Congress by the Democrats for the budget deficit that has grown so drastically since 1981 to reach the staggering amount that exists today.
Apparently, he doesn’t trust former President Ronald Reagan to even pass his own buck.
